Deserted Factory

A fenced in lot is now home to the abandoned factory once used to make buttons of various descriptions. It has long since been closed down and boarded up due to health regulations and toxic fumes released into the atmosphere. To bring the building up to code would've cost far too much money and it stands nearly-empty now, only the large machines and worktables still left behind, too big and cumbersome to remove. Some of the windows were neglected and never boarded up when the owner did the others, reluctant to walk through a tangle of ivy out back. Dogs seem to have broken through, their fur still clinging along the window's shattered edges.
